The living room-inspired lobby was a cozy spot to unwind. I took the free shuttle to Roissypole with ease. Breakfast left me fueled up for the day. Connecting devices to the TV for a movie night was a cinch. The app added a modern touch to my stay. a convenient and comfy hub for jet-setters like me. One small step for this wine enthusiast, one giant leap for my stay.

Staff were friendly and quick to address any issues. Rooms were well-equipped but on the smaller side. Convenient location for airport stopovers. Some furniture showed wear. Self-service at the bar may not suit everyone. A clean and modern option, great for tech-savvy travelers.

citizenm is super clean and so close to the airport. everything's nearby, and the staff are total lifesavers. you can walk to terminal 3 in 5 minutes! the self-service buffet cafeteria is a game changer.

Self check-in was a breeze, and the lobby had a homely vibe with friendly staff. The shower was top-notch and staff handled a fire alarm snafu well, but the electrical system could do with a boost 🔥.

We were able to visit both the Outlet Shopping Mall and the Golf Club nearby, which made our trip super fun. The hotel's location was perfect for us to explore these places, and the easy access to the airport was a huge plus for our late-night flights.

Good luck finding the hotel from the airport, but once you do, enjoy the contemporary art collection in the lobby, 24-hour food and beverage service, and the option of a hot & cold breakfast buffet. Don't forget to check in and out at the self-service kiosk!

Oh, and just a small inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have clearer signs to actually find the hotel. But who needs clear signs, right?

The staff were helpful, gracious, and cheerful, and the lounges and library created a inviting social atmosphere. CitizenM provided a comfortable, convenient, and well-located stay.
